This checklist is deterministic. It does not call a model and does not change billing or access.
- Confirm the commercial event is for the expected environment (sandbox versus live).
- Confirm payment or renewal evidence exists and was not later refunded or revoked.
- Confirm the application identity used for access matches the commercial identity.
- Confirm an access event was expected after the commercial success.
- Do not treat missing access logs as proof of a provider outage.
- Confirm invoice.paid or payment_intent.succeeded for the expected customer.
- Stripe payment evidence does not prove the application granted access.
