Refund and cancellation

1. Two different money flows
This page covers fees you pay to Ropely for the Ropely product. It does not cover charges your customers pay you on Stripe, RevenueCat, or anywhere else. Ropely cannot refund, reverse, or cancel those charges.
2. Ropely fees
Self-serve checkout is not enabled. When a paid Ropely plan exists, fees are fixed USD amounts listed on /pricing. 0% of your merchant revenue. Cancellation of a paid Ropely plan will use the Stripe Customer Portal configured for that account.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, unused time in a paid period is not refunded when you cancel. Annual pricing is ten monthly payments when that option is offered. If we billed you in error, write to legal@ropely.io within 30 days of the statement.
3. Business customers
Ropely is sold to businesses. If mandatory law treats you as a consumer, those mandatory rights apply in addition to this page.
