Check intervals are scheduler targets, not detection guarantees. Both sources must be fresh and complete. Larger allowances do not expand supported purchase types or remove ingestion limits.
Pricing questions
What counts as one purchase?
One eligible, paid, single-line, one-time Checkout Session, counted once per source account and workspace. Quantity, credits granted, webhook retries, rechecks and corrections do not create additional units. Test data is separate and bounded to 500 new purchases per UTC month.
What happens when I reach the allowance?
New purchase admissions pause and their coverage gap stays visible. Already admitted purchases can still be rechecked. There are no surprise overages or automatic upgrades. Upgrade explicitly or wait for a verified renewal, then resume the pending scope.
Can I import older purchases?
The assisted evaluation covers its frozen historical cohort. Larger backfills require an agreed scope and quote before work starts. Purchases from before activation are not quietly counted as new monthly usage.
How do upgrades, downgrades and cancellation work?
Stripe shows the prorated upgrade total before confirmation. Higher limits require confirmed payment. Downgrades and cancellation take effect at the paid-period boundary. A failed renewal has seven days of grace. The retention policy preserves read/export access for 30 days after service expiry and protects evidence for at least 30 days after a retention-reducing downgrade. Workspace deletion is a separate action.
Are there annual commitments, seat charges or extra fees?
Monthly only at launch. No per-seat fee, setup fee or automatic overage in these plans. Applicable tax is shown before purchase. Support is asynchronous email; no contracted response time or enterprise SLA is included.
What works today, and what still needs verification?
Ropely supports imports, checks, investigations, reporting and configuredworkflows. Each CSV import is bounded to 5,000 rows and 2 MiB. Monthly purchase allowances are not per-import limits or a guarantee of concurrent throughput. Integration pages state their supported scope and prerequisites.
What if my application uses subscriptions or mixed carts?
The first release checks single-line one-time credit-pack purchases against an immutable grant ledger. Recurring allowance and payment-to-access checks are separately scoped snapshot checks; they do not add subscription ingestion or monitoring to these plans. Mixed-cart allocation, consumption balances and automatic repairs remain unsupported.
