The customer paid for more credits than the product granted. This is received less than purchased. It is not the same as leftover access after a pack is exhausted.
Find customers who received fewer credits than purchased, and accounts still consuming after their allowance was exhausted.
Compare purchases from Stripe or RevenueCat with the credits or allowance your product granted.

The customer paid for more credits than the product granted. This is received less than purchased. It is not the same as leftover access after a pack is exhausted.
The purchased remaining is at or below the hard limit, and the product still grants access or usage. This is received more than purchased. It does not mean credits were never granted.
Ropely compares evidence from systems you already use. It does not meter usage, change billing, or control customer access.
Stripe or RevenueCat import purchases. A snapshot or access events add what the product granted. Stripe alone does not invent a purchased-versus-granted finding.
