A customer purchased credits or allowance and the product granted less than that purchase.
What happened?
Stripe or RevenueCat shows a paid credit pack or allowance. The product granted fewer units than purchased.
Why billing dashboards may not reveal it
The payment looks healthy. Billing does not show the grant ledger.
What evidence Ropely needs
Purchase evidence plus an allowance snapshot or access events with granted units.
What Ropely can prove
That purchased allowance exceeds granted units for the same customer and entitlement.
What Ropely cannot prove
Missing credits from Stripe or RevenueCat alone. Granted units must be observed.
