What this source records
Enterprise contracts, purchase orders, promotional grants, partner access, and lifetime purchases entered by a human.
Each change requires a signed-in user, RBAC, and a version. History is not deleted.
What is not stored
Legal document binaries are not stored in PostgreSQL.
Attachments, if enabled later, use encrypted object storage with malware-scan state and short-lived downloads.
Read-only boundary
Read-only by default. Ropely does not automatically change billing or access. Ropely never receives card details.
