A review note is not a repaired grant
Investigation state and financial evidence answer different questions.
Record the decision
Assign the finding, inspect both records and explain any accepted exception. These actions organize work; they do not change the customer’s balance.
Repair in the source system
An authorized operator must decide and perform any correction in the application that owns the ledger. Use its normal controls and keep an immutable correction reference. Ropely exposes no financial repair endpoint.
Run the check again
Supply updated complete evidence and review the new result. A later conclusive match can verify the outcome. A stale source, missing entry or changed rule needs its own explanation.
